She is depicted as a young girl with blue_hair and green_hair who is self conscious breast_conscious of her flat_chest. She usually wears a serafuku or a NASA_logo t-shirt. The meme began when Twitter user @Trinimmortal joked about an anime featuring personifications of the planets of the solar system. Twitter user @felipecunhaeloi responded with an illustration of the idea. Later, DeviantArt user DatWeirdoWhoLuvsMilk designed his own version of the character, which rose to prominence and subsequently became the version most seen in memes and image macros.
