Now Viewing: Endou_TatsuyaTag type: Artist 遠藤 達哉 A male mangaka born on July 23, 1980. From a young age, he aspired to be a mangaka with his favorite mangakas being Toriyama Akira, Nishimori Hiroyuki, and Mochizuki Minetaro. He made his professional debut with the one shot manga Seibu Yuugi for Jump Next. Endou spent his career creating manga for Shonen Jump and was mentored by Kanou Yasuhiro and Nishi Yoshiyuki. His manga were mostly serious stories but Endou struggled to find a long-lasting audience for his work as his attempts at longer serialized works kept getting canceled. He frequently worked with editor Shuhei Lin who became a long time friend over the course of his manga career. Lin was the one who suggested that Endou try his hand at something more light-hearted, and this led Endou to create what became his most successful manga and the one that finally broke Endou's streak of canceled manga, Spy_x_Family.
