It is an action game with gameplay inspired by the game Vampire_Survivors, with the game essentially being a hololive version of said game, starring the talents as playable characters with abilities inspired both by the lore behind the virtual youtubers and in-jokes. It was created by animator Kay_Yu, who has previously created plenty of hololive fan animations and animated the music video Q. Fellow hololive fans Dudul and Smpletan also contributed to the game, and the soundtrack was composed by Eufrik, providing instrumental chiptune remixes of many Hololive songs. The demo was released on Windows PC on June 24, 2022 with a starting roster consisting of the entire Hololive_English cast up to that point in time. It is a lighthearted game that pits the hololive talents against their own fans who have gone berserk thanks to a mysterious evil force. It is up to the hololive talents to survive against the hordes of possessed fans and knock them back to their senses. The fan game became very popular upon release to the point that the leaderboards had to be temporarily disabled. It was the subject of multiple streams by the talents themselves soon after its debut.
