She is the astrology professor at the school and is less strict than the other faculty members. Her relaxed personality and clumsiness often gets her reprimanded by her superiors. She takes an interest in Akko and her friends and often secretly assists them whenever a crisis happens. Unbeknownst to Akko and everyone else, she is actually Akko's beloved idol Shiny Chariot working incognito, after she apparently quit being Shiny Chariot. Shiny Chariot's wand, Shiny Rod is kept on school grounds, but she allows Akko to use it and the wand proves to be very useful in resolving the magical conflicts that Akko and co. have to deal with. She acts a secret mentor to Akko and her friends, secretly guiding them whenever they face a crisis. Her 'clumsiness' is also part of her disguise.
