She is a kind hearted and clumsy girl and is the protagonist in Idolmaster Xenoglossia and to a lesser extent, the protagonist of the more faithful second Idolmaster TV series. In the latter, she becomes part of a variety show titled Are We Live? along with Chihaya and Miki. She frequently interacts with the former and comes off as the more comedic of the two. She is also the source of two memes, nonowa which refers to a distinctive expression she makes when she's lost in thought (she looks up and to the right), and Home Haruka which refers to the Playstation Home skin that people can purchase. Said skin turned out to be unexpectedly creepy looking and is used in a lot of MMD videos to creep viewers out or make them laugh. She is voiced by Nakamura_Eriko (games, 2nd anime) and Iguchi_Yuka in Idolmaster Xenoglossia.
