He is the true antagonist of Kaiser_Knuckle and is the one who organized the titular tournament. He resides in a space station outside of Earth and is a powerful man who fancies himself the perfect soldier. He has the ability to teleport as well as send out doppelgangers of himself. He is the final boss of the game and is the most well known character from the game thanks to being widely considered to be one of, if not the, hardest bosses in the fighting game genre. He is so infamously difficult that it was not until 2009 that he was first officially recorded being beaten, and he was the subject of a 2014 tournament in Japan where players united to defeat him.
