He is black haired normal-looking teenage boy, but he spends a large chunk of his screen time in chibi form, especially when he acts perverted. He gets naked a lot with his crotch being censored by a circle with angel like wings whenever this happens. He has an insatiable libido with a preference for busty girls, and often comes up with elaborate schemes to ogle and even grope the attractive females in his towns. Unfortunately for him, he is not popular amongst the female populace of the town, outside of the main female characters, who are put off by his open perversion. Despite his perversion, he is very compassionate and takes in Ikaros and wins over other Angeloids who are initially antagonistic to him with his kindness. He also seems to act less perverted towards Ikaros even though she is quite busty. He often encourages the Angeloids to fulfill their own desires instead of obeying his every command. This is in sharp contrast with the Master of Synapse who sees and treats the Angeloids as tools even though they feel emotions and are almost perfectly human-like. He is voiced by Hoshi Soichiro.
