On February 8, 2014 (when another heavy snowfall came), a person tweeted that screenshot(twitter.com/rotomx/status/431983568676335618/photo/1) and it became a visual meme. The original image featured a bespectacled man and a young woman underneath an umbrella. During an interview with the reporters, the man delivers the above quote while smiling and the woman covers her face in embarrassment. Parodies usually swap out the original couple with various characters from anime/manga/video games. The words special feeling are always written in bold just like they were in the original broadcast.
