Eyes drawn with the top eyelid slanted outwards. This usually produces a weak, gentle look and is generally given to characters with soft personalities (naturally, exceptions exist).

Opposite is tsurime, which usually produces a strong, piercing look.

Perfect example: Hiiragi_Tsukasa, from Lucky_Star.
