In the animation, it showed a stick figure mimicking Dio_Brando dropping a road roller on another stick figure and then leaning back and screaming, "Wryyyyyyyyyyyy!" (pronounced reeeee) using the sound effect from the Capcom Jojo fighting game. The move is based off an attack Dio performs on Kuujou_Joutarou during the climactic battle of Stardust_Crusaders. Dio can also perform the move in the Capcom fighting game. However, in the original scene and in the Capcom fighting game, he did not say, "Wryyyyyyyyy!" after performing the attack. The "Wrryyyyyyyy!" voice is taken from Shadow Dio's charisma attack and in the manga is the standard vampire scream.
