Made popular because of fans of Nintendo and Hal Laboratory's Super Smash Bros Series; the most recent title known as Brawl or SSBB. When Samus transforms in-game, she becomes "Zero Suit Samus" and her suit falls apart. Since then it has been the constant source of sexualization towards Samus, thanks to it's curve accentuating skin tight fit. (Before This, Samus wore different clothing under her suit, including a Bikini, and orange shorts and Tanktop.)
