Made popular because of fans of Nintendo and Hal Laboratory's Super Smash Bros Series; the most recent title known as Brawl or SSBB. When Samus transforms in-game, she becomes "Zero Suit Samus" and her suit falls apart. Since then it has been the constant source of sexualization towards Samus, thanks to it's curve accentuating skin tight fit.
