Now Viewing: yu-gi-oh!Tag type: Copyright Yu-Gi-Oh! is an anime and manga series created by Kazuki Takahashi. It begins with a young boy named Yugi Moto, who unlocks an ancient artifact called a Millenium Puzzle, which he hangs around his neck and carries around with him everywhere. With his new accessory, a darker part of Yugi emerges, and with its power he becomes the King of Games. However, he must use this alter ego to save the world from jewlery thieves, soul stealers, and other miscreants by playing Duel Monsters. This series has since ended, however, it is succeeded by no fewer than 5 Spin-off series: Yu-Gi-Oh! Generation neXt, Yu-Gi-Oh! 5Ds, Yu-Gi-Oh! ZeXal, Yu-Gi-Oh! ARC-V, and most recently, Yu-Gi-Oh! VRAINS. These story arcs are set in the future and, aside from its direct sequal GX, possibly play no significant part in relation to the original's plotline. This tag can be used in conjunction with any of the 6 arcs of the Yu-Gi-Oh! Anime, or any of its related mangas, movies, video games, and cards.
