Now Viewing: yamauchi_sakuraTag type: Character 山内桜良 A brown-haired teen girl who wears a school uniform. She is the female lead of Kimi no Suizou wo Tabetai. She is slowly dying of a failing pancreas, which is her biggest secret and the first thing the protagonist learns about her once he stumbles upon her diary. However, she is an energetic and spontaneous girl who so successfully puts on a cheerful front that it's easy for the protagonist to forget that she has a terminal illness. She takes an interest in him because he is her opposite as she finds his attitude refreshing even if she tries to get him to open up to her and to other people. She is willing to share with him information that she has never told anyone else. Around him, she often makes darkly comedic jokes about her impending demise. In spite of Sakura's cheerful front, Sakura is actually very sensitive and troubled by her illness. She is voiced by Lynn and played by Hamabe Minami in the live action film.
