It is set in Harajuku, Tokyo, and the anime's aesthetic is heavily inspired by the street fashion and art from said district. The anime makes heavy use of vocal songs featuring various artists to tell its story with each episode having a major symbolism-heavy music video sequence centered around its focus character. The series is a mostly episodic story centered around a witch apprentice named Nina who resides a secret shop in Harajuku. Nina's job is to help troubled youths in the city fulfill their wishes. Each episode centers around Nina trying to help a different troubled teen deal with their insecurities.
